Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains how to cancel subscriptions and services provided by Darangi Solutions & Consult.
1. GymCore subscription cancellation
GymCore subscriptions (GymCore Lite at ₦20,000/month and GymCore Tablet at ₦25,000/month) can be cancelled at any time.
How to cancel
- Email hello@darangisolutionsandconsult.com with your gym name and account email, or
- Contact us via the channels listed on gymcore.tech
What happens when you cancel
- Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period
- You will not be charged for subsequent billing cycles
- Access to GymCore will end at the close of your paid period
- Your member data can be exported upon request before account closure
GymCore Tablet cancellation
If you cancel a GymCore Tablet subscription, the dedicated tablet must be returned to Darangi Solutions & Consult in working condition within 14 days of cancellation. Failure to return the tablet may result in a charge equivalent to the tablet's replacement value.
2. Member memberships (gym-level)
GymCore gym owners manage their own members' membership plans and cancellations. Darangi Solutions & Consult is not responsible for cancelling individual gym member subscriptions — this is handled by each gym through the GymCore platform.
3. Consulting engagements
Consulting project cancellations are governed by the terms in your individual project agreement. Generally:
- Either party may terminate with 14 days written notice
- Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable
- Deliverables completed before termination will be handed over
4. Effect of cancellation on data
After cancellation, we retain your data for 30 days to allow for export or reactivation. After 30 days, account data is permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy, except where retention is required by law.
5. Reactivation
You may reactivate a cancelled GymCore account within 30 days by contacting us. After 30 days, a new subscription and onboarding may be required.
