Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions and services provided by Darangi Solutions & Consult, including GymCore (gymcore.tech).

1. GymCore subscriptions

GymCore is a monthly subscription service for gym owners and operators. The following refund terms apply:

Initial subscription

If you are a new GymCore subscriber and are unsatisfied with the service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment, provided you have not actively used the platform to process member payments or send reminders during that period.

Renewal payments

Subscription renewals are non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing cycle.

GymCore Tablet package

The one-time tablet and installation fee (₦70,000) is non-refundable once the tablet has been delivered and configured. If you cancel before delivery, a full refund of the hardware fee will be issued.

2. Member payments (gym-to-member transactions)

GymCore facilitates payment collection between gym members and gym owners. Darangi Solutions & Consult does not hold member funds — payments go directly to the gym's dedicated bank account.

Refunds for member gym fees are handled solely between the gym owner and the member. GymCore is a software platform; we are not party to disputes between gyms and their members. Gym owners are responsible for establishing their own refund policies for member payments.

3. Consulting services

For custom consulting engagements:

• Deposits are refundable if we have not commenced work, minus any documented costs already incurred
• Once work has commenced, fees for completed milestones are non-refundable
• Specific refund terms for consulting projects are stated in the individual project agreement

4. How to request a refund

Email hello@darangisolutionsandconsult.com with:

• Your account email and gym/business name
• Date of payment and amount
• Reason for the refund request

We will review and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

5. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending investigation. We encourage you to reach out to us directly so we can resolve issues quickly.
